Josh Bartolotta is a seasoned real estate professional and proud Rochester native, with over 17 years of experience and more than $150 million in career residential real estate sales. Consistently ranked in the top 1-2% of agents in the Rochester area, Josh’s success is built on a foundation of hard work, meticulous attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of the local market. Prior to his career selling real estate, Josh graduated with honors from St. John Fisher University with degrees in Communications and Journalism, minoring in Spanish. He previously lived in both Los Angeles and New York City where he pursued acting for several years before relocating back to Rochester. When not out with clients or negotiating offers, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their two sons, Cameron and Ryan. Whether out on the golf course, attending a local event, or grabbing dinner at a favorite restaurant, Josh’s love for family, sports, and the Rochester community is integral to his life. Outside of his family, there isn't much he loves more than the Buffalo Bills, New York Yankees, and Syracuse basketball.
